Acceptance of each order will take place if and when I dispatch your requested items to you and title and risk in the items pass from me to you at that time.

The prices for my products are displayed on my site, but those prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time that you place your order is the price that applies to your purchase.

I am pleased to offer $9.95AUD Shipping for items that are to be delivered WITHIN Australia.

If you want your items to be delivered OUTSIDE of Australia, the shipping cost will depend upon the location for delivery and the items purchased and are shown separately during checkout.

Payment for orders placed through this site may be made by credit card processed online using the secure PayPal payment gateway, using a Stripe Payments account or using a PayPal account.

Please note that except for the limited circumstances set out in these Website Terms, all payments are non-refundable.

Never Too Late Mentoring uses the third-party PayPal payment gateway provided by PayPal Australia Pty Limited (ABN 45 159 650 174) and the third-party Stripe payment gateway provided by Stripe Inc and its affiliates for their secure online payment transactions. Payments made through PayPal or Stripe are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those payment gateways, links to which are provided from the PayPal and Stripe checkout pages.

It is not necessary to have a PayPal or Stripe account in order to make a purchase on this site. PayPal and Stripe each accept all major credit cards. Please note that I may be unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia in some cases. I do not charge additional transaction fees for paying by credit card.

While PayPal, Stripe and my website hosting providers use secure technology for transactions with my customers, I will not be responsible for any damages that may be suffered by a customer whose credit card or bank account information is used in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner by any person other than me.
